October 25, 2004 - A Pretty Darn Good Week [or 2]
Not a bad couple of weeks [for surfing] I gotta admit!
1. Kob's was good - Ian Rotgans did a few backside 720's or whatever they're called.
2. A hottie visited Kob's.
3. The Shoe had some horseshoe shaped lines.
4. Wind**Sea had a few pretty tough take-offs.
5.
I summed-up my confidence and went to The Shores, and the parking lot greeting was, as usual and so was the water greeting!
6. I lobbied to get into a way cool surf club - I even caught, and ate lunch in the line-up - just like the club pres told me [to do]!
"Hey BA - did you ever think that maybe you're receiving some sort of special initiation???
Look at how hot they [the SDSL babes] ALL are!
You don't really think they want you in their club!
Aren't you already in this club of bullies?
They just want to see you get arrested and taken to jail!
The Shores is a Protected Area - you can't even kill a sandcrab there - you idiot!"
7. Another Joanne award - she deserves all the surf related accolades she receives - plus she's one heck of an engineer!
Plus, plus behind every successful woman is one lucky guy - The DON -
