- Another Killer Koi Attack -

Rain - South wind - North swell - any surf today??

Naw - just maybe LJ Chores - but it's never any good there!

I did get my water photos back today - and I just knew I would have some great photos on the roll!

Patrick Ahern did a surgical "paddle around" on me last week - I got the photo of him - the look of fear in his eyes - as I dropped in, after all, I did owe him one!

On the biggest day in 25 years - Santa Clara Landing, Mission Bay - I looked down and saw the Great White Koi below me.

I struggled as much as possible, but I still was pulled into the Fin Breaker Reef's Jacuzzi.

The Killer Koi grabbed my Fuji, but I snapped off a shot of the beast's jaw, and after the Wisconsin Hunters finished pulling the Koi into the beach, and butchering it - I was able to retrieve the camera.

The LJ homeless are now looking for a hand-out of Killer Koi Poi at Wind**Sea, rather than catsup and drinks from the trash at Seal Mosh Pit.
