Rats in the wind at RatlandIt was a bit windy today - so on the way home from work, I thought I'd get my
second most fun of entertainment - checking out the activity at The Seal Pond.

The last time I was there, I was able to witness a baby seal get eaten by a white shark.

Now that was wayyyy cool!

Today, a different kind of excitement.

Between my last visit and today, the line of demarcation between seals and humans was replaced -

The OLD  line - The NEW  line

For a moment, a very brief one at that, I almost felt sorry for the poor little globs of shark chum.

I can't imagine trying to come ashore, only to be greeted by Tex and his kids.

The Seal Nazi-Ette on duty, jumped into action to break-up the crowd - but there may have been a language barrier or two?
