Hello Everybody, The June 26 screening of Between the Lines is SOLD OUT for all seating. We are very happy to benefit the Rick Thomas Veterans Counseling Center to the greatest extent possible.
As most of you know the next screening will take place in Huntington Beach on July 25. This event will benefit the Long Beach V.A. Hospital Prosthetics and Orthotics Lab. We will provide you all with immediate notification when tickets go on sale.

BA's Notes -
Well they did it again - the way cool men, women, boys and girls of WindanSea Surf Club, aided by a support crew of thousands - pulled off - successfully - in a manner that only WSC could do - the Second Annual Butch Van Artsdalen Memorial Paddleboard Competition!

I took about 7,500,123.98765 photos - so it's gonna take a couple of days or so to get 'em all online.

I had to wipe a drop or so of salt water outta my eyes when Mark and his kid Andrew crossed the finish line - little dude and dad Mark paddling together from Big Rock in La Jolla all the way to Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach and back - made me think a bit about my own dad who, even though we lived less than 200 yards from the sand at La Jolla Shores never saw me surf one time - he had plenty of opportunities, he just never took the time - oh well.
