The last time I surfed was on the Fourth of July - I had arm surgery on the 6th.

The party line for the past month has been that this has been the worst summer of all time, cold, windy, red tided, jelly-fished, waaaaaaaaaaa!!!

I've taken photos almost every day since my surgery - It sure seems that some surfers have all the luck, just like today, in The Arena -

Quiggs got waves - Carsten got body surf waves - Skimmers got waves - the rest of you just cried - the waves exist, you're just too lazy to get off your collective butts and find them [the waves, not your butts]

- AND -

It just ain't The Arena that has surf - stay home, go home - I've seen good waves at The Shores almost every day - if The Shores has surf, everywhere has surf, even Lake Murray.

By the way - my new sport is gonna be Touring Kayaking - I think chicks will dig me 'cause I yak!
