The 2005 Edition of The Bill Andrews Electronic Fish Wrapper Is Still Going?

There have been a fairly large number of complaints from the permanent surf community at The Shores [and other permanent surf communities at other San Diego County beaches] that the surf schools are using public facilities [the beach, ocean, bathrooms] for corporate [and personal] enrichment.

Anyway, since I am probably the most kind and understanding of all old surfer guys, I never harbored any real animosity towards the surf schools and their students - in fact - I remember a few years ago when some Cosmo and Victoria Secrets Models got some surf lessons at The Shores -

Outdoor Model Shower Time at The Shores almost led to a major BA heart attack!

I guess now that the surf schools who want to use San Diego City Beaches have got to pay a significant licensing fee, a fee that runs into thousands of $$.
