23rd ANNUAL DAY AT THE BEACH - A WINDanSEA SURF CLUB / ST. VINCENT de PAUL EVENT

This event was the best EVER!

Thank you so much to Scot - Adam - WindanSea Surf Club Members - Volunteers!

I took photos from 6:00 AM thru noon today - 975 photos -

6 hours for photo-ing probably 24 hours to edit and upload - WHEW -

This was a pretty darn good day at The Boat Launch - La Jolla Shores, CA

Wind**Sea, as usual, was packed with hostile locals, the water, as usual, was polluted and naturally, the surf was crappy!

AM 5

Went back to the Boat Launch so I could witness - in person - the devastating effects of Global Warming on the once rock free Boat Launch area.

I was shocked by the amount of sand that must be replenished by taking sand from Seal Crapola Pool.

Save the Boat Launch - Move the seals closer to civilization - Move the seals and their HAZ MAT sand to The Boat Launch area.

I'll bet that the owners of the Beach and Tennis Club and the Sea Lodge will love the attention they'll receive.

Tore the meniscus 2 weeks ago - waited a week before visiting the Ortho Doc -MRI showed torn meniscus, plus a few weird things floating around - nothing like a rotor rooter to clean things up every 65 years or so - Happy Birthday to me!

I guess I can't hurt the knee more than it is - surgery will be scheduled next week - gotta surf in order to remain reasonably sane - I love duct tape!
