I took such a beating yesterday at White Sands Reef, that I thought that maybe I should take a day off - so I went to Wind**Sea early -

Maybe Green Rocks?

Even flatter

So I went to The Shores - to socialize a bit -

Luckily, for me, there was a little surf - got a few waves - came in, and instead of the Bench of Despair holding a bunch of Despair-ados, the Babe Sisters, and Alex were there.

Naturally, DJ, engineer genius, could not take a decent photo of my censored posturing, but the other photos [not of me] were just fine.

Suddenly, after visiting the Babe Sisters and Alex, I felt a lot better, and needed a bit more surf -

So - I headed north - first stop JJ's, a little crowded, but overhead, consistent sets -

I figgered I'd never get a parking place within 5 miles of S. Carlsbad State Park, but - an RV pulled out - I pulled into a great parking place, and then I pulled into so really good lefts -

Yeah baby - Last week Black's, this week White Sands Reef and JJ's!

It just does not get any better than this!
