Remembering: WindanSea - [sporadic additions if I remember to do so]

It's pretty darn amazing - at least to me - that I've grown [is that the right word?] from being one of the youngest kooks in the water at WindanSea, to now, being the oldest kook in the water.

A few memories - some more pleasant than others:

Seeing "bottom turns" for the first time ~ 1959

Drop knee turns [Bobby Burns] ~ 1959

Paddling out with the Murphy Brothers, we were led by Jimmy Tejada ~ 1960

Paddling in by myself - NOT led by JT ~ 1960

Seeing Paul Strauch for the first time, in person

Seeing BK shred on a ?White Jacobs? for the first time, in person
